One random day some time ago, Hallie sent a seemingly innocent message in the Assignment Avengers:

"Anyone wanna do a study call or smth?"

Little did she know the history that would come from that message alone.

Several people (all girls, to be specific), agreed, so a groupchat was formed. The groupchat was soon renamed "Study Call Gang 💪," and its members could be found in study calls for hours and hours on end. Nothing special was done during these study calls: it just involved the members, usually with their cameras on (if not you'd be yelled at by Hallie to show your beautiful face), studying away. The chat of this group chat is where things got interesting, because as one knows, wherever NSAers are involved, procrastination will be there as well.

The original members of the Study Call Gang were Elizabeth S, Grace A, Hallie G, Michaela O, Rebeca F, Becca D (yes, two rebecca's, albeit with different spelling), Riley W, Sarah M, and Zoe B. With their help, the chat continued to grow and grow, to the point where 20 people are currently in it, but always maintaining its original rule of having only girls. This remains a crucial part of it.

The Study Call Gang is known for many things. One of those is being often present in the NSA Quotes Chat, because of very out-of-context phrases said by its members. As one call tell, no procrastination whatsoever takes place in the Study Call Gang. This groupchat has accomplished many things: from lifelong friendships, to lots of completed assignments, as well as lots of fun (and sometimes controversial) conversations when its members should be working on school (wait. I said that no procrastination takes place here, right? oops.). Nevertheless, it represents what NSA is all about: community (and procrastination (did I mess up again?)). If you want to join, contact one of the participants I named (only if you're a girl. sorry not sorry guys 🤷).
