This is a Teams glitch that allows you to react twice to a message. This only happens once and a while, and (we think) cannot be exploited.

EDIT: on April First, 2023, [[Owen Behrens]] found a glitch in the mobile version of teams, which allows you to react to a post or reply 2 times, or if you're quick with your fingers (and lucky) 3 times. The glitch is repeatable, and quite easy. However, Owen is not giving away the details of this exploit to just anyone :D
