(The first NSA year is actually the spring school quarter. This means that while NSAy's follow school quarters, it does not actually follow school years, and it spans two school years, say 2019-2020 school year, and 2020-2021, so we use the -2 to show the last two quarters of the school year 1997-1998 that were not in NSA history.)
