He and his friends all had alibied their way to why they were not even there. It looked like a freak accident. The autopsy had shown the construct, so people wondered where Flopi had gone. But then because of the failed Revolution, Titus was almost under lock and key, so to show a council member informant where the @tom bomb was would kill his plans. After all, only Flopi, Sam, and Cristy even knew where the bomb even was. The rest of the world never knew. Titus capitalized on Flopi being gone and called a search for Joshua, which the council approved as him as leader.
