	The Duck named Sir Quackers Quackules (otherwise known as the Anti McQuackers) is a psycho duck, mad scientist, has robots that run on Cookehs, and can shape shift. He can be recognized by his trade mark bowler hat and cigar. Originally found after the welcome committee lost their mascot Mr McQuackers after supposedly being kidnapped by porkypines. After close investigation two brave people (my self included) deciphered that he was the duck behind the plot and was McQuacker brother. Having a grudge against welcome committee, particularly against Brooke, he has made it his life's goal to take over NSA and make himself the welcome committee leader. 'Why would he do that?' you might ask, well the welcome committee had to choose a mascot and McQuackers was chosen. Revealing that he IS Mr Quackers brother and sent a threat to Brooke. Now you might ask “When something hits the ground it makes a ‘thud’?” Well you might have guessed that the bolt hit the pond that the ducks were swimming in, and the ducks were right under the bolt.

The bolt killed the adult ducks instantly, but the children absorbed the poweh. The youngest became the friendly duck Mr. Edward McQuackers. The other became the eviiiil Sir Quackers Quackules. Each had a different power. Mcquackers had the ability to eat the awesome cookeh, a thing that is so awesome that if you eat it in one bite you explode from the awesomeness. But the brother gained the power to shape shift into anything, even talk when in human form.

Sir Quackers had found a terrible power. The force of Zer0 flowed through him, but fate decreed that Mr. McQuackers didn’t…..
