Editing The Light Brigade

The Light Brigade was an organized chat that was involved in [[The Great HS War of 2020]]. Their opposition in the war was the [[NSA Mafia]] (formerly the NSA Meanies, and before that the Anti-Communist chat)<ref>[[The Communist Revolution]]</ref>. Their founder/leader is Davina Elms. Unfortunately, due to several double agents, they lost [[The Great HS War of 2020|the HS War of 2020]].

In August 2020, the group was formed by Davina Elms in opposition to the NSA Mafia (then known as Meanies) chat. There were many challenges that faced the group, including many attempts by spies to enter the chat (some successful). To combat spies being added to the chat, a second "shell" chat was created for the purposes of vetting new members before they were added to the actual chat.

However, the biggest hardship they had to face in the Great HS War of 2020 was when all of the members from both chats were kicked in the middle of the night by independents Caleb Childers and Lillian (Lily) Bump. As soon as Caleb C was added to each chat, he added Lily and started removing all of the Brigade's membership. Caleb C then posted about the bombing of the Brigade, and posted screenshots of the names of everyone in the chats in HS General. Many in the Mafia celebrated in that thread upon hearing the news. After finding this out, Brigade founder Davina added everyone to a new chat. In a direct message, Caleb C made the Brigade aware that he planned on bombing the Mafia chat as well, and offered for the Brigade to join his independent party whose goal it is/was to stop the wars at NSA. Still in shock, the Brigade declined, but still remained on friendly terms with Caleb.

The Light Brigade chat/organization still remains active, with all but one of the original members. Their chat is now used for undisclosed purposes, all of which are only known by and spoken about with chat members. Interest to join their cause has continued despite the war's end and remains open to new, loyal members looking to end the NSA wars.

The Light Brigade is now closed, and is inactive.
