== Hip-Hop has changed this world == Hip-Hop is practiced all over the world, including some countries one may never have even thought of. A man named Sjöberg traveled to many places and learned how people could connect with Hip-Hop. “It's interesting because hip hop, as a genre, as a culture, I found often really connected with people in these poor communities,” says Sjöberg. “Not necessarily in urban communities, but really all over the globe and even in some very remote rural areas that I went to. Hip hop connected with these people because I think it (especially breakdancing) gave them a feeling that they can transcend their circumstances, that they had a language to talk about what they had been through.” As Sjöberg said, Hip-Hop is a way for people that don't speak the same language to connect with each other. It allows them to share what they have gone through. Because of this, Hip-Hop has changed the world. Someone may never think just one type of dance could do that, but it has. It has changed the TV, internet, culture, and even other types of dance. When YouTube was created, Hip-Hop dances were able to be more widely shared. People around the world watched those videos and gained a passion for Hip-Hop. Passionate Hip-Hop dancers were becoming renowned. They were given a chance. Not only has Hip-Hop changed the internet, but it has also changed TV. There are so many channels about dance these days that have competitions, shows, etc. Like YouTube, TV gives a chance to the Hip-Hop dancers that want to be known. Perhaps the most influential thing Hip-Hop has done is changed the culture of today. It has affected the way we dress and, most amazingly, the culture of dance itself. Hip-Hop has brought a very distinct style to this world. Some may know it as Adidas, knit caps, Vans, Bonnets, Supra, etc. All of these things came or became popular from Hip-Hop. The most impressing of all is how Hip-Hop has changed dance. A mix of Ballet and Hip-Hop, Hiplet is one of the most commonly known dances that Hip-Hop has influenced. Ballet is known for being strict and defined, so if someone were to think of Ballet they would never consider Hip-Hop to go with it. It does, though! Hip-Hop has influenced so much from the advent of its creation. It is amazing to think of what it could potentially do for this coming year. === Stomach Exercise === For this exercise, one needs to start by lying down on the floor. Next, get in the position as if you are doing bike by bending your knees with your feet flat on the ground and bringing your head up towards your knees. Straighten your whole body, but do not allow your feet or arms to touch the floor. This position will be much like superman but instead upside down. One may use a weight or just do this exercise by itself. Now, bend back to the first position. If you wish to use a weight, do the whole exercise the same and interchange the weight between the arms and legs. A video is attached below to understand more clearly.
