Editing Dp

The dp symbol used to be used to be part of a lost internet language, until an archaeologist (who doesn't want to be credited), discovered the the following symbol:

Everyone and their mom wanted to learn how to type this mysterious symbol, but it is said only those who have mastered the art of the binary language can make it. As for its meaning, it is believed to mean the following:
