Otto is the personification of autocorrect. Otto gets blamed for a lot of bad things that happen at NSA, and he is responsible for quite a few of them. His specialty is sneakily changing what people say right before they send it, for the purpose of embarrassing them or causing confusion. == Otto == Otto is said to have slight hypnotic powers or mind control to make people confuse words that might look alike on paper, but also sometimes make them say absurd things to their friends...... Otto often strikes active Teams participants, and most often people who have not satisfied [[loohcs]]. It is apparently a fierce opponent of the [[The Grammar Police|Grammar Police]], and their more radical Grammar Nazis. Otto is a human, or at least takes a human form.
